This year, you will submit a photo of your costume for ONE category you are entering. Our team will select 10 finalists per category who will appear on stage at the 2023 Ghosts & Goodies event on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 4pm to 6pm. You must complete ALL sections of this form to be considered. Finalists will be notified on Tuesday, October 17th.

*You must be able to attend the event in person to receive any prize. All finalists will get a small prize (Halloween necklace) for participating.
